By adding a wireless data transmitting module to the existing three-color lights on the device, the changing state of the three-color lights is collected wirelessly, and the data is summarized and stored through the upper PC system. Through this scheme, the wireless collection of equipment data, identification of production bottlenecks, strengthening of supervision control, optimization of productivity and improvement of overall equipment efficiency (OEE) can be achieved.
